Welcome to the Uroczy Zakątek resort. We hope that by means of the following regulations we will be able to ensure your full satisfaction and, at the same time, its efficient organization.

1. The hotel day lasts from 15.00 to 10.00 the next day.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. In the event of non-compliance, the owners have the right to demand that they leave the facility immediately, without refunding the fees paid for the stay.
3. The condition for a full reservation is to pay a deposit of 30% of the price for the stay. The payment should be made within 2 days of the initial booking (by phone or e-mail). Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking (payment of the deposit), the rental agreement is considered concluded. In the absence of the advance payment, the reservation is considered invalid. Payment of the deposit to our account with a title other than “deposit” will be treated as a deposit.

• The rest of the amount due for the ordered stay and the tourist tax must be paid in cash before checking in.
• On the day of arrival, a deposit of PLN 300 is collected as security in the event of damage to the equipment of the cottages. The deposit is released at the time of check-out in the event of no damage or lack of equipment in the house.
• If the Guest shortens their stay, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
• During check-out, the Guest is obliged to leave the house clean, including: washing the dishes, taking out the garbage, emptying the cabinets and the fridge of their belongings, etc. If they leave the house unclean, PLN 200 will be deducted from the deposit.
• Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault. Damages caused by holidaymakers are settled on an ongoing basis.
• It is forbidden to smoke tobacco and candles in homes. Smoking is also prohibited in the playground. Please do not bring flammable materials into the houses, fry fish and do not listen to loud music.
• We really like animals, however, not all our guests share our love for them. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the Charming Corner.
• Please do not repair the equipment if it breaks down during use. Please report this fact to the staff.
• In the resort, it is forbidden to listen to louder music and disturb the peace of other guests
• Please do not use any devices or equipment powered by electricity or gas that are not home furnishings, e.g. electric heaters, heaters, gas burners.
• Uroczy Zakątek is not responsible for damaged property, i.e. parked cars and valuables left in homes.
• Uroczy Zakątek is not responsible for temporary inconveniences that may be caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of water or electricity.
• Children may use the playground only under the supervision of adults.
• Barbecuing is possible only in a place designated for this purpose with special care and fire protection regulations.

If you need to issue a VAT invoice for your stay in our resorts, please provide such information at the time of the initial booking. Pursuant to the Act of July 4, 2019 amending the Act on tax on goods and services and some other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1520), it will not be possible to “rewrite” a fiscal receipt to a VAT invoice.
